Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders $150+. Our flat rate shipping fee for most orders is $7.99. Shipping fees vary for orders with bulky items. Orders placed during promotional sales may require extra processing time for shipping. Customers can request expedited shipping by contacting us at customerservice@lillieandjohn.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee orders will be cancelled once they have been placed. You must request for your order to be cancelled within 24 hours after your order was placed or you will be issued store credit only.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items can be returned for store credit only. Orders containing pre-order items ship complete. We try our best to provide estimated shipping dates but those dates are only estimates. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Pre-order items could potentially be cancelled and you would be issued a full refund for those cancellations.
RETURNS
We accept returns for store credit only. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, it must be postmarked within 3 business days after you receive your return label. Items must be unused, unwashed, and original tags must be attached.
All sale items and items purchased at a discount of 25% off or more are final sale. Accessories, hats, socks, underwear, pacifiers, teethers, and sunglasses cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need to make a return, contact customerservice@lillieandjohn.com to request a pre-paid shipping label (return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit). You may also request a return through your customer account.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and to receive your store credit.
