Shipping & Return Policy
We offer free shipping on all order $100+. Our flat rate shipping fee is $5.99. Customers can request expedited shipping by contacting us at email@example.com.
We cannot guarantee orders will be cancelled once they have been placed. Orders containing sale items cannot be cancelled.
Pre-sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Orders containing pre-sale items ship complete. Please place separate orders if you would like your in stock items to ship before the expected arrival date of the pre-sale items. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Pre-Sale items could potentially be cancelled and you would be issued a full refund for those cancellations.
All items* may be returned for a refund if postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and original tags must be attached.
*Sale items are excluded. All sale items are final sale. Items discounted using a code for 25% off or more can be returned for store credit only. Pre-Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
