Shipping & Return Policy

We offer free shipping on all order $150+. Our flat rate shipping fee for most orders is $5.99. Shipping fees vary for orders with bulky items. Customers can request expedited shipping by contacting us at customerservice@lillieandjohn.com.

We cannot guarantee orders will be cancelled once they have been placed. Orders containing sale items cannot be cancelled. Orders containing pre-sale item can be cancelled for store credit only.

Pre-sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Orders containing pre-sale items ship complete. We try our best to provide estimated shipping dates but those dates are only estimates. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Pre-Sale items could potentially be cancelled and you would be issued a full refund for those cancellations.

All items* may be returned for a refund if postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and original tags must be attached. 

*Sale items are excluded. All sale items are final sale. Items discounted using a code for 25% off or more can be returned for store credit only. Pre-Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Store credit will be issued in the from of an e-gift card. Hats, hair accessories, and underwear cannot be returned.
